국문 초록

일터와 삶터에서의 근로자의 생활을 포괄적으로 지원하는 동시에, 근로자의 요구와 조직의 요구를 모두 반영하여 직장 내에서 장기적으로 운영 가능한 새로운 형태의 근로자지원교육프로그램이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 근로자와 조직 모두의 관심 대상인 ‘관계’에 초점을 맞추는 관계기반 근로자지원교육프로그램(R-EAP)을 착안하고, 해석학적 수업설계모형 개발을 위한 이론적 탐색을 수행하였다. 첫째, ‘관계기반’의 의미 탐색을 통하여 R-EAP가 추구하는 관계성 개발의 두 측면이 일반체제이론의 체제성과 해석학의 이해 개념에서 확인되었다. 둘째, R-EAP의 해석학적 수업설계모형의 존재론적 이해 측면은 존재론적 해석학 및 R-EAP의 선행연구의 존재론적 개념을 통하여 확인되었다. 셋째, R-EAP의 해석학적 수업설계모형에 적용 가능한 인식론적․방법론적 이해 측면은 실천적 인식론과 해석학의 이해 방법, R-EAP의 선행연구의 방법적 도구를 통하여 확인되었다. 본 연구는 두 가지 측면에서 이론적 의의와 실무적 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, ‘관계기반’의 의미를 이론적으로 제시했다는 의의가 있고, 관계성 개발을 위하여 어떤 측면에서 접근해야 하는지에 대한 실무적 시사점을 제공한다. 둘째, R-EAP의 해석학적 수업설계모형을 위한 존재론적․인식론적․방법론적 이해 구성틀을 제시했다는 이론적 의의가 있고, 실무적 측면에서 관계성 개발을 위한 구체적 방안 마련에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

영문 초록

To support the lives of employees at home and at work in the long term and ongoing, a new employee assistance education program is needed that can reflect not only the needs of employees but also the needs of the organizations. The purpose of this study was to confirm the theoretical potential for development of hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP, which focuses on the ‘relations’ that is the object of interest for both employees and organizations. The potential for development of hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP was confirmed in three aspects. First, through the meaning of ‘relations-based’, two aspects of relations development were confirmed in the concepts of systemicity of general system theory and understanding of hermeneutics. Second, the ontological understanding aspect that can be applied to hermeneuticl instructional design model of R-EAP was explored through the ontological concepts of ontological hermeneutics and the prior studies of R-EAP. Third, the epistemological and methodological aspects were confirmed through the practical epistemology, understanding methods of hermeneutics and methodological tools of the prior studies of R-EAP. This study presents theoretical significances and practical implications in two aspects. First, there is a significance that the meaning of ‘relations-based’ is presented theoretically. It provides practical implications on how to approach relations development. Second, there is a theoretical significance that the framework of understanding for hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP is presented. It provides practical implications for concrete methods of relations development.
