국문 초록

유명시인부터 신경정신과 심리치료사까지 다양한 분야의 전문가들은 모든 사람은 시인이며, 시는 그 사람의 삶이 된다고 하였다. 하지만 시가 치료적 장면에서 활용될 때, 모든 시가 곧 치료적 효과를 내는 것은 아니다. 치 료사의 선택에 따라 혹은 치료사의 방향에 따라 어떤 작업은 특정 참여자의 경우 위험하기도 하다. 그럼에도 불 구하고 시는 감정의 고조와 의미의 함축성을 지니고 있고, 시어의 다양성과 불확실성, 풍부함과 유연성 등이 인 간의 잠재력과 반응들을 연구하는 데에 특별한 자료가 되며, 시어는 과거를 되찾고 현재를 수용하며 미래를 내다 볼 수 있게 해 준다. 시를 읽거나 쓰면서 날 것 그대로의 감정이 속수무책으로 범람되는 것이 치료는 아니다. 마 짜(2005)의 말대로 엄격함과 통제는 예술과 심리학을 관련짓는 데 필수적이다. 치료사의 전문성 아래 엄격함과 통제라는 안전 틀을 두르고 나면 시는 참여자가 느끼는 삶의 주관적 의미를 파악하는 아주 효과적인 매체가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Experts in various fields, from famous poets to neuropsychiatrists and psychotherapists, said that everyone is a poet, and that poetry becomes his life. However, when poetry is used in a therapeutic scene, not all poetry has a therapeutic effect. Depending on the therapist s choice or the therapist s direction, certain tasks can be dangerous for certain participants. Nevertheless, poetry has a heightened sense of emotion and implications of meaning, and the diversity and uncertainty of poetry, abundance and flexibility are special sources for studying human potential and responses, and poetry regains its past and accepts the present. And allows you to look into the future. When reading or writing poetry, it s not a cure that raw emotions are flooded with helplessness. As Mazza(2005) says, strictness and control are essential to link art and psychology. Under the professionalism of the therapist, a safety framework of strictness and control will be a very effective medium for grasping the subjective meaning of life felt by participants.
