장애인일자리사업 서비스품질이 참여자의 직무만족과 사업성과에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 2017년도‘장애인일자리사업 종합평가 연구’의 자료를 활용하여 장애인일자리사업 참여자의 주요 특성과 서비스품질이 참여자의 직무만족도와 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 주요 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 연령별, 장애등급별, 장애유형별 직무만족도는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타난다. 둘째, 일반형일자리 참여자는 다른 유형의 참여자보다 모든 서비스품질을 가장 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타난다. 셋째, 수행기관 사업담당자 서비스품질이 직무만족도와 사업성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타난다. 본 연구의 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애인일자리사업 전담인력의 배치 제도 신설이 필요하다. 둘째, 참여자의 특성을 고려한 일자리 유형별 사업목적을 다원화한다. 셋째, 장애특성을 고려한 편의시설 등 물리적·환경 개선이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to verify whether the main characteristics and to verify cause-and-effect relationship in project performance and job satisfaction. The data from the 2017 Research on the Evaluation of Jobs for Persons with Disabilities was used. The main results of the study are as follows. First, job satisfaction by age, disability level, and disability type was found to be different. Second, general type job participants appear to have the lowest perceived quality of service than other types of participants. Third, the service quality of the project manager in the performing agency does not affect the job satisfaction and the business performance. The suggestions of this study are as follows. First, it is required to create the dedicated personnel arrangement system of the disabled job project. Second, it is required to diversify project purpose per job type in consideration of age of participants, disability class and disability type, and to arrange into suitable job. Third, it is required to support for improvement of physical environment including convenient facilities and job convenience in consideration of the disability feature.
