국문 초록

본 연구는 가족에 대한 분노를 경험하고 있는 대학생의 사례를 개인 심리학적 상담 접근을 통해 얻는 분노조절 과정을 이해하고자 한 단일 사례 연구이다. 총 19회(6개월) 실시된 상담 세션 녹음 축어록 및 자료들을 수집하여 질적 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 억압된 가족에 대한 분노의 특징을 상담 과정에서 드러낸 내담자가 상담 과정에서 억압된 분노의 원인을 알고 통찰과 수용을 통해 분노조절 과정을 경험한 것의 의미를 심층적으로 이해할 수 있게 하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 가족에 대한 분노를 경험하고 있는 학생들이 긍정적 정서조절 및 대학생활 적응과 정서적 안정감을 높이는데 도움이 되며 상담자들이 상담장면에서 가족에 대한 분노를 경험하고 있는 내담자의 문제를 다룰 때 활용이 가능하다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study to understand the process of anger control obtained through personal psychological counseling approach to undergraduate students experiencing Anger on the family. In this study, the qualitative analysis of the total of 19 Counseling documents which were recorded by text typing materials was conducted. The results of this study allow the client who revealed the anger of the oppressed family during the counseling process to understand the meaning of the anger control process through insight and acceptance by knowing the cause of the suppressed anger in the counseling process. Therefore, this study helps undergraduate students who are experiencing family anger to improve positive emotional regulation, college life adjustment, and emotional stability. In addition, it is meaningful that counselors can use it when dealing with the problems of the client who are experiencing family anger during counseling.
