국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자기분화, 대인관계 및 대학생활적응과의 관계를 분석하여, 남녀 대학생들이 건강한 대인관계와 학교생활 적응을 하고 나아가 사회적으로 성숙하기 위해서 어떤 조력이 필요한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 중부권에 소재하고 있는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 1, 2, 3, 4학년 318명에 대한 자료가 본 연구에 이용되었다. 연구의 주요 결과를 살펴 보면 첫째, 대학생의 자기분화와 대인관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였으며, 이는 대학생의 자기분화 수준이 높을수록 대인관계 문제 상황에 능동적인 대처를 할 수 있는 자원을 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있고, 특히 자아를 통합하고 정서적으로 인지분화를 하고 있었으며, 가족퇴행이 낮을수록 대인관계 문제가 적음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기분화와 대학생활적응은 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였으며, 이는 자기분화 수준이 높을수록 대학생활적응을 잘 할 수 있다는 것을 나타내었다. 셋째, 대학생의 대인관계와 대학생활적응은 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계를 보였으며, 이는 대학생들이 다양한 인간관계를 통해 타인과의 긍정적인 관계를 유지할 때 대학생활 적응수준이 높아진다는 것을 나타내었다. 따라서 대학생의 자기분화, 대인관계 및 대학생활적응은 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자기분화 수준이 높을수록 대학생의 대인관계 문제 해결능력도 높고, 대학생활에 적응을 잘 할 수 있다는 서로 상관있는 결과를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to see which support was needed for male and female university students to form healthy relationships, well-adapt to school life and furthermore, come to maturity socially, by analyzing the relationship of self-differentiation of university students, personal relations and university life adjustment. For achieving this purpose, a survey was conducted with 318 male and female students in the first, second, third and fourth of 4-year universities situated in Chungbu region. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the survey of students in university showed positive correlation between self-differentiation and interpersonal relationship. This implies that as self-differentiation of university students improves, they have sources to deal with interpersonal relationship problems actively. They especially have less interpersonal relationship problems, as they integrate egos, and are able to perform cognitive-differentiation emotionally and experience less family regression. Second, the survey of students in university showed positive correlation between self-differentiation and adaptation to university life indicating that they can adapt to university life better, as they have a higher level of self-differentiation. Third, the survey of students in university showed a positive correlation between personal relationship and adjustment to university life. This indicates that levels for adjustment to university life rise as university students maintain various positive relationships with others. Fourth, it was found that self-differentiation of university students influenced interpersonal relationship and adaptation to school life. In conclusion, this study discussed how to improve a self-differentiation level for healthy interpersonal relationships and school life of university students, and made proposals for further researches.
