국문 초록

본 연구는 에너지 절약 STEAM(융합인재교육) 프로그램이 초등학생의 에너지 절약 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해서 진행되었다. 연구 대상은 경기도 용인시에 위치한 D초등학교 4학년 학생 27명이었다. 본 연구를 위해 교과 및 재량 활동 시간을 이용하여 2주간 8차시 분량의 STEAM 에너지 절약 프로그램을 학생들에게 적용하여 교육적 효과를 분석하였다. 에너지 절약 STEAM 프로그램은 융합인재교육의 준거 틀에 맞추어 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 에너지 절약 STEAM 프로그램 수업은 학생들의 에너지 절약 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 본 프로그램을 거치면서 에너지 절약이 필요하고 중요한 일이라 인식하였으며, 그에 대해 관심을 가지게 되었다. 또, 에너지와 환경문제의 연관성을 인식하여 필요한 태도를 고취시키게 되었다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of energy saving STEAM (Convergence Education) program on elementary school students energy saving attitude. In this study, the subjects of the study were 27 students in the fourth grade of D elementary school in Yongin, Gyeonggi–do. For this study, the energy saving STEAM program was applied to the experimental group. The STEAM program for energy saving was reorganized in accordance with the framework of STEAM education. STEAM energy saving program for 8 hours during 2 weeks was applied to the experimental group using subject and discretionary activity time. The results of this study were summarized as follows; The energy saving STEAM program classes showed a positive effect on students energy saving attitude. Through this program, students recognized that energy conservation is a necessary and important thing, and they became interested in it. They also recognized the link between energy and environmental issues and inspired the necessary attitudes.
