지적장애학교 국어 수업에서의 교사-학생 간 상호작용에 관한 연구: 소통과 단절 측면을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구는 소통과 단절 현상을 중심으로 지적장애학교 국어 수업에서 교사 학생 간 수업 상호작용이 실제로 어떻게 일어나는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 12개의 학급을 대상으로 국어 수업시간 상호작용을 관찰하였다. 연구결과, 소통을 이끄는 언어적 상호작용들은 요청하는 언어를 많이 사용하였고, 하위 범주로는 직접적인 질문을 하여 언어 반응 끌어내기, 연속적인 질문을 하여 언어 반응 끌어내기 순으로 나타났다. 비언어적 상호작용들은 긍정적인 감정 고취가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 하위 범주로는 정서적 교감하기와 과제수행 격려하기 순으로 나타났다. 단절을 일으키는 언어적 상호작용들은 요청하는 언어를 가장 많이 사용하였고, 하위범주로는 이분화된 단편적 질문하기, 좁은 선택권 주기 순으로 나타났다. 비언어적 상호작용들은 신체적 움직임 통제가 가장 많이 실패한 것으로 나타났고, 하위범주로는 지속해서 이름 부르기, 바른 자세 강요하기 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 교육에서 교사 학생 간 원활한 상호작용 촉진을 위한 방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to clarify how the interaction between teachers and students actually occurs in Korean language class of special education for intellectual disability centering on communication and disconnection phenomenon. To do this, we examined the interaction of Korean language class with 12 classes in special intellectual disability schools. As a result, the linguistic interactions that led to communication used the requested language a lot, and the subcategory was direct question asking language response and continuous questioning to draw language response. Nonverbal interactions were most commonly used in positive emotional inspiration, with subcategories in emotional sympathy and encouraging task performance. Breaking linguistic interactions used the most requested language, with subcategories of fragmented questioning and narrow choice cycles. Nonverbal interactions showed the greatest failure in physical movement control, followed by subcategories in the order of naming and forcing correct posture. Based on the results of this analysis, the directions for facilitating smooth interaction between teachers and students in education were discussed.
