자녀를 돌보는 여성의 삶과 지역 육아·돌봄 정책 사이의 간극에 대한 맥락-패턴 질적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자녀를 돌보는 여성의 삶과 지역사회 육아·돌봄 정책의 간극을 파악하여 ‘여성의 삶의 문제’ 해결과 ‘삶의 질’ 향상을 위한 방향을 제시 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경력이 중단된 경험이 있거나 이를 고려중인 경기도 거주 여성 6명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하였고, 질적 연구로 맥락-패턴 분석을 하였다. 현재 육아의 삶에 놓여 진여성들을 대상으로 돌봄 삶의 모습은 어떠한지? 그리고 미 충족된 욕구와 정책간의 간극은 무엇인가? 두 가지 큰 물음에서 출발하여, 객관적 현상과 주관적 경험을 통해 복합적 맥락을 분석 하였다. 그 결과, 통합분석의 주요현상은 ‘통합(여성·자녀)돌봄 공백’ 이며, 경험은 ‘내몰리는 현실’ 로 나타났다. 또한 직접요인과 간접요인을 긍정·부정적 방향으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 자녀를 돌보는 여성의 삶과 정책의 5개 간극, 육아서비스욕구와 정책과의 4개 간극을 발견하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 여성의 삶의 욕구와 정책의 간극을해소할 수 있는 지역차원의 돌봄 서비스 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the gap between the lives of mothers(women) and the local child care policy. The subjects of this study were 6 women in Gyeonggi do who have experienced or are considering beginning their careers. In this study, we conducted context-pattern analyses after in-depth interview. This study was founded on two big questions: what is the life of a woman caring for a child? And what is the gap between unmet needs and policies? And we analyzed the complex context through objective phenomenon and subjective experiences. The main phenomenon identified through integrated analysis is the absence of care and their experience is the pressed life . Based on this, we found five gaps between the relevant policies and the lives of women caring for children, and four gaps between the need for child care services and relevant policies. It is necessary to expand the concrete care policy at the local level to resolve the gap between the needs of women and the policy. This study suggested local child care policies focusing on women s lives and child care services that reduce the gap.
