정신지체학교 전공과 졸업생의 직업교육과 직무수행 및 직무만족 간의 관계 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 5년 동안 정신지체학교 전공과 졸업 후 직장을 가진 정신지체인을 대상으로, 재학 중 배운 직업교육, 직무수행 및 직무만족 수준, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 집단 간 차이와 직업교육이 직무수행 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 143명을 설문조사 하였다. 그 결과 단문을 잘 읽을수록 직업교육 수준과 직무수행 능력이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 최근 졸업한 졸업생일수록 전환교육의 혜택을 더 많이 받은 것으로 나타났으며, 광역시 소재학교의 전공과 졸업 정신지체인들이 중ㆍ소도시 소재 학교의 졸업생들보다 직업교육 수준과 직무수행능력과 직무만족이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 근무시간에 따른 직무만족의 차이를 보였다. 그리고 직업교육의 직업생활, 전환교육, 직업준비가 직무수행에 영향을 미치는데, 그 중 직업생활이 상대적으로 높고, 직업교육의 전환교육, 직업준비가 직무만족에 영향을 미치고, 그 중 전환교육이 상대적 기여도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was performed on mentally handicapped people who had completed vocational training courses over the past 5 years and who were working at the moment, in order to analyze the levels of vocational education received while in school, of job performance, and of job satisfaction, the difference of these levels among groups according to population sociological traits, and the effects of vocational training on job performance and job satisfaction. To this aim, 143 people were surveyed. The outcome showed that the better one read simple sentences, one possessed higher levels of vocational education and job performance; the more recent graduates received more benefits of vocational transition education; those who went to school in metropolitan cities had higher levels of vocational education, job performance, and job satisfaction than those who went to school in small towns; and there was difference in job satisfaction according to working hours. In addition, the work life, the transition education, and the vocation preparation components of vocational education influenced job satisfaction, of which transition education gave the highest relative contribution.
