수형 장애인을 위한 직업재활 프로그램의 효과성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 전국 교정 시설에 수형 되어 있는 장애인에게 일관성 있고 효율적인 직업훈련을 실시하고자 A교도소에 설립한 재활직업훈련관 의 수형 장애인을 대상으로 실시한 두 가지 직업재활 프로그램의 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 첫 번째로, 직업훈련 프로그램의 만족도와 욕구 파악을 위한 연구 설계는 일회 검사 사례연구(one-shot case study)로 자기 기입식 설문지를 사용하여 분석하였다. 두 번째로, 직업재활 프로그램 일환으로 실시한 직업탐색을 활용한 집단상담 프로그램 효과성 연구는 유사실험 설계(quasi-experimental design)중 하나인 비동일 통제 집단(non-equivalent control group)에 근접한 설계유형을 활용하였다. 해당 연구에서는 프로그램 참여자를 실험집단으로 비참여자를 통제(비교)집단으로 분류하였는데, 연구의 내적타당도(internal validity)와 비교가능성(comparability)을 높이기 위해 동일한 검사도구(자아존중감, 자아수용 및 자아인식검사)를 활용하여 사전사후검사를 실시한 후 비교하였다. 직업훈련 프로그램 효과성 연구결과 수형 장애인들은 직업재활훈련과 시설, 직업훈련 공과에 만족하였으며, 직업훈련의 중도 포기를 생각한 경험도 낮게 나타났다. 또한 직업훈련 공과 적성에 대한 만족감이 높을수록 교정, 교화 정도가 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 출소 이후 직업을 얻는데 있어서 어려움으로 느끼는 것은 재소자라는 편견과 장애 편견으로 나타났는데, 이와 결부되어 현재 가장 심각한 당면문제로는 출소 후 생계문제로 드러났다. 직업재활 프로그램의 효과성에서 실험집단은 통제(비교)집단에 비하여 자아존중감과 자아수용에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 자아인식에서는 능력적 자아의 미래예측과 자아 유능감의 통제성, 긍정적 정체감의 자아신뢰 부분에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to consider the effectiveness of the program of two kinds of occupational rehabilitation program that had been practiced for the handicapped persons under sentence in Rehabilitation Occupational Training Center established in G Correctional Institution so that consistent and effective occupational training can be practiced for the handicapped persons under sentence in the national wide correctional institution. First, the research design for the seize of satisfaction degree and desire of the occupational training was analyzed through the use of self-entering questionnaires as one-shot case study. Second, the study of effectiveness of the collective consulting program using the occupational investigation practiced for the occupational rehabilitation program was made through the use of the general pattern of the plan close to the non-equivalent control group, one of the quasi-experimental designs. In the applicable study, the participants are classified into the experimental group and the non-participants are classified into the management (comparative) group and the related data were compared after the investigation was made before and after the practice of it using the same examination tools (test of self-respecting sense and self-reception degree) for the maximum achievement of internal validity and comparability. Considering the result of the effectiveness of the occupational training program, it seems that the handicapped persons under sentence are satisfied with the performance of the occupational training and the experiential degree of their giving up the occupational training program are showed comparatively low. Furthermore, it analyzed that the higher satisfaction they had on the occupational achievement and aptitude, the more correction and education could be achieved. The difficulties that they had during getting their jobs after released from the correctional institution were the prejudices that they were prisoners and handicapped persons and the most serious problems after their leaving the institution are thought to be how to make their living. Regarding the effectiveness of the occupational rehabilitation program, the experimental group showed to have some meaningful difference in the fields of self-respect and self-reception compared with the management (comparative) group and regarding the self-recognition, the experimental group showed to have some meaningful difference in the fields of future forecast of capable selfness, management of self-capability, and self-trust in positive identity.
