국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 지식재산보호교육을 위한 교사용 교재를 개발하고 이를 활용하기 위한 방안을 탐색하는데 있었다. 이 연구는 지식재산보호교육에 대한 문헌연구와 연구팀 회의를 통해 지식재산보호교육 내용 요소를 도출하고 전문가 협의회를 통해 검토를 받아 이를 근거로 교재를 집필하였다. 교재의 활용방안 탐색은 연구팀 회의를 통해 탐색하고, 전문가의 자문을 통해 확정하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식재산보호교육을 위한 교재는 지식재산 가치화, 권리화, 심사/심판, 그리고 소송/분쟁으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 지식재산보호교육을 위한 교재는 다양한 활동을 위해 탐구편과 실천편으로 구분하여 편성하였다. 셋째, 탐구편은 지식재산보호교육을 다양한 교수?학습 전략을 활용하여 흥미롭게 구성하였으며, 실천편은 지식재산보호의 실천을 위한 9가지 프로젝트로 구성하였다. 넷째, 교재의 활용방안의 탐색은 개발교재의 내용과 시간에 따라 자유학기제, 발명교육센터, 발명영재학급, 지식재산동아리, 기술교과, 창의적 체험활동 등으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this study were to develop Intellectual Property protection educational materials and search the utilization of the materials. This study was carried out through on literature research about intellectual property protection educational content elements and expert advice on intellectual property protection educational materials. In order to explore and conform the utilization of materials, expert consultations were conducted. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The IP Protection material was composed of intellectual property valuation, getting the Right, Assessment / judgment, and Disputes / Litigation. 2. The IP Protection material was composed of Exploration and practice pieces for various activities. 3. The variety of teaching and learning strategies were used in the Exploration pieces. And the Practice pieces was composed of 9 projects for intellectual property protection practice. 4. The Utilizations of the IP protection materials was presented for ‘Freedom semester, the Invention education center, Invention gifted class, intellectual property circles, technology education curriculum, creative Activities, etc’ depending on the content and time of the materials.
