국문 초록

이 연구는 지적장애학교 전공과 학생의 직업적응능력 향상을 위해 대상학생의 수준과 특성에 적합한 직업교과의 수업재설계를 실시하고 학습과정에서 나타난 장애학생의 심리행동변화를 질적연구를 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 기본교육과정의 직업준비 및 직업생활 교과와 성인문해교과 초등과정, 그리고 몬테소리교육을 활용한 구체적-반구체적-추상적 순서의 명시적 교수법을 학습내용에 적용하였고 현장교육을 통한 대인관계기술향상에 주력하였다. 연구참여자는 지적장애학교 전공과 2학년에 재학중인 4명의 학생이며 9개월에 걸쳐 교육이 이루어졌다. 활동프로그램은 현장일지와 녹음내용, 사진자료 및 정보제공자의 인터뷰내용 등을 통해 자료수집하였고 코딩작업을 통해 재설계된 직업교과의 학습과정과 학생들의 변화과정을 분석하였다. 첫째, 학습과정 중에 탐색된 내용은 직업기초능력 준비 미흡, 직업교과교육의 어려움, 고려해야할 학생수준, 구체물 사용의 필요성, 교사의 역할 등이 나타났다. 둘째, 학습과정에서 나타난 장애학생들의 심리행동변화는 닫힌 눈으로 바라보는 세상, 세상을 향한 준비, 천천히 그러나 변화된 모습으로 등이 결과로서 나타났다. 이는 직업적응능력 향상을 위한 학습이 장애학생들에게 효율적으로 이루어 질 때 직업적응능력향상 이외에도 의식의 변화와 삶의 재인식 그리고 삶을 향한 자존감으로 나타나고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate learning process of adult-based vocational text for vocational adaptation skill and psychological-behaviour change of students with intellectual disabilities through qualitative research method. This study made full use of ‘vocational preparation and vocational life text, elementary course of adult literacy text and montessori teaching method that applied concrete-semiconcrete-abstract[CSA] method as research tool. The participants were four in two grade of post secondary school student with intellectual disabilities. The data collection consisted from March, 2011 to November, 2011, and consisted of participant observation, deep-interview, and field note of researcher and analyzed the collected data through open-coding and created concepts, small subject, big subject as the result of analysis. The result of this study is as follows. First, the result of learning process of adult-based vocational text appeared as lack of basic vocational abilities, difficulty of vocational curriculum teaching, student level to concern, using of concrete learning tools, insufficiency of field experience, the role of vocational teacher. Seconds, the result of investigating about the changing process appeared as world which look through closed eyes of the disabilities, preparation forward the world, slow but with changed thought and behavior.
