국문 초록

인문적 체육은 현상이 아닌 본질에 주목하는 체육에 대한 이해의 과정으로써 영역별 인문주의나 방법적 인문주의에 기반하는 인문적 체육이 아니다. 본체로서의 몸을 통해 이루어지는 움직임 이전의 근본적 자아에 관련하는 심(心)적이고 신(身)적인 가치에 대한 소통과 통합의 과정을 성찰하는 인문적 체육이다. 체육의 근본적 가치는 불변의 인간 본체와 본성의 이해에 있는 것이고, 움직임은 그러한 이해의 과정에서 보여주는 발현적인 체육의 모습이다. 우리는 움직임의 다양한 유(類) 와 형(型)을 통해 우리의 내면을 표현하고 있으며, 움직임을 통해 나타나는 내면의 본성에 대한 깊고 넓은 성찰이 인문적 체육의 궁극적 가치이고 방향이다.

영문 초록

Humanistic physical education is a process of understanding physical education that pays attention to the essence, not the phenomenon, and is not a humanistic physical education based on domain humanism or methodological humanism. It is a human physical education that reflects the process of communication and integration of the mental and divine values related to the fundamental self before the movements made through the body. The fundamental value of physical education is in the immutable understanding of human body and nature, and movement is the manifestation of physical education in the process of understanding. We express our inner self through various types of movements, and the reflection on the inner nature through movements is the ultimate value and direction of human physical education.
