무용 예술강사 학습공동체의 공유지식 형성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예술강사의 학습공동체가 그들의 공유지식을 어떻게 형성해갔는가에 대한 과정을 나타내는 해석적 연구이다. 문화예술교육의 제도화되면서 예술강사의 전문화 과정도 함께 진행되었는데 이 과정에서 예술강사의 전문성은 매우 중요한 화두로 자리매김을 해가고 있다. 이러한 예술강사의 전문성은 예술성은 물론 가르치는 능력, 학습대상자의 이해, 조직문화적응에 이르기까지 다양한 방면에서 요구된다. 이들의 전문성은 단시간에 습득되는 것이 아니라 전문화과정을 거치면서 발전되고 향상된다. 전문화 과정은 자율적인 공간인 커뮤니티 공간 즉, 학습공동체에서 경험된 지식들이 상호작용하여 전문지식으로 공유된다. 나아가 공유지식형성은 텍스트가 아닌 경험을 통해 문화적으로 학습되고 전문성함양으로 발전된다. 이에 본 연구에서 적용된 질적 연구방법은 예술강사들의 공유지식이 어떻게 전유되고 있는지를 심도 있게 파악할 수 있는 전략적 기법이라 할 수 있다. 인터뷰는 내러티브 인터뷰기법을 바탕으로 예술강사로써 경험된 지식을 맥락적으로 구분하고 구조화시켜 분석하였다. 연구 분석틀은 친교, 공유지식, 의례, 미메시스를 중심으로 예술강사의 공유지식형성과정을 드려다 볼 수 있는 기제를 중심으로 범주화 시켰다. 특히, Gennep의 통과의례는 신규 예술강사가 경력강사로 전이되는 단계를 설명하는데 적절한 분석틀로 가능하였다.

영문 초록

The spread of culture and art education is developed to the field of opportunities to encounter art education and introspect aesthetically for learners in various sectors. Therefore, art lecturers demands for professionalism are rapidly increased and diversified in several genres. For their professionalism, art lecturers should be experts in various areas such as artistic value, teaching ability, understanding of learning objects and adaptation to organizational culture. Their professionalism is developed and improved by professionalism process, not acquired for a short time. During the professionalism process, knowledge experienced in community space which is an autonomous space, learning community, is interacted and the outcomes are shared and made as professional knowledge. So, the formation of shared knowledge is learned culturally and developed to professionalism cultivation through the various experiences, not texts. Therefore, qualitative study which was applied to this research can be a strategic method to grasp how shared knowledge of art lecturers is acquired deeply. Based on the narrative interview, this researcher divided and structuralized knowledge experienced by art lecturers contextually and analyzed the contents. For the frame of research analysis, friendship, shared knowledge, rites and mimesis were categorized by mechanism which can show the forming process of shared knowledge of art lecturers in detail. Especially, passage rites of Gennep were the frame of analysis, which was proper to explain the steps new art lecturers become experienced lecturers.
