국문 초록

본 연구는 국가 교육과정의 성취기준을 토대로 Drake의 KDB 모형의 절차에 따라 문화예술교육 통합프로그램을 개발하는 과정을 구체적으로 제시함으로써 학교에서의 통합적 문화예술교육 확산에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한 것이다. 연구 방법은 KDB 모형에 대한 문헌 연구와 더불어 교육과정 도해, 스캔 및 클러스터, 주제 선정, 큰 평가 과제 만들기, 소단원 구성하기 등의 10단계를 거쳐 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구 결과, 문학, 음악, 연극의 성취기준을 토대로 문화예술교육 통합 프로그램의 주제 ‘삶을 반영한 문화예술이 주는 자아 찾기’를 설정하였고 이를 달성하기 위해 네 개의 소단원 ‘삶을 반영한 문화예술 탐구’, ‘문화예술의 활용 가치’, ‘예술을 통한 자기 표현의 힘’, ‘문화예술과 성찰적 태도’ 를 개발하였으며 큰 평가 과제로 음악극 ‘나의 좌충우돌 성장기’를 설정하고 수행활동 및 하위 평가 과제 등을 선정하였다. 연구 결과에 기반하여 개선점으로는 통합 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 지식과 기능, 인성이 고루 갖추어진 성취기준의 개발 및 문화예술교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 전문적 공동체 구성 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to show the development process of integrated culture and arts education program according to Drake’s KDB model based on national curriculum standards. The procedure of development are follows; analyzing national standards, scanning and cluster, selecting broad-based standards, choosing theme, creating big questions, construct the know/do/be umbrella, and designing integrated units. Under the main theme “Searching for my identity through culture and arts education based on my life”, four units was developed as follows: “explore culture and arts through life story”, “value of culture and arts”, “power of self-expression” and “culture, arts and reflection”. As the big assessment task, “my story: noisy troubled growing up” was settled including small tasks such as writing autobiography and scenario, and composing songs together, etc. From this study, we could suggest that the national standards should be developed in balanced way in knowledge, do(skill) and be(character) and teachers professional community including arts teachers and another subjects teacher was needed for the integrated curriculum.
