중국 맹아학교아동을 위한 예비 통합예술치료

국문 초록

본 연구는 통합예술치료가 시각장애 아동의 심리적 건강에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 알아보기 위한 사전 예비 연구 작업으로, 이를 검토하여 아동들의 외적 표현요소를 탐구하고 그 결과를 토대로 사회적 적응능력을 향상시키기 위한 통합예술치료 본 작업의 틀을 만드는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상은 중국 후베이성 우한시의 맹아 초등학교 5학년 재학생 6명과 맹아 5명의 엄마 집단이다(한 맹아 학부모는 개인 사정으로 참여하지 않음). 6명 중 2명은 선천전맹, 2명은 후천전맹, 2명은 저시력으로 시각장애 2급 판정을 받았다. 본 연구 작업은 2018년 10월부터 2019년 4월까지 단계를 전기, 중기, 후기로 나누었다. 전기에는 담임교사와 상담하고 아동과 어머니들을 만나 기본적인 정보를 수집하였고, 중기에는 아동을 위한 통합예술치료 6회기, 어머니들을 위한 예술치료 5회기로 구성하였고, 후기에는 피드백을 통해 본 작업 설계를 실시하였다. 전체 작업 과정에서 맹동들은 시작의 어색함, 겁나기, 말소리 작음, 몸짓 닫힘 형태 등으로 점차 커뮤니케이션을 좋아하게 되고 말소리는 커지고 신체 행동 상태는 점점 개방형 상태로 과도하게 이동하게 됩니다.맹동 엄마들은 첫 수업에서의 감상, 탈출, 자신을 믿지 못하고 점점 더 미래 미망에 빠진다는 원뜻으로 자신을 믿어보며 미래에 대한 믿음을 갖게 된다.정서도 처음의 슬픔에서 점차 태연함으로 넘어가 자신과 아이의 현실을 받아들일 수 있게 되었으며, 미래를 적극적으로 직시해보려 했다.전체 작업 과정에서 참여자들은 적극적·능동적으로 자신의 잠재력을 나타내기 위해 노력하였으며, 개인 학습, 인적 교류, 일정 생활 참여도, 문제 해결 능력, 적극적인 탐색 등에서 현저하게 향상되었다. 어머니들 역시 미래에 대한 자신감도 조금씩 찾아가며 정서적으로 좋아졌다. 연구자들이 치료사로서 치료 과정에 개입하여 시각장애 아동들의 예술적 치료를 통해 학습 인지능력, 신체적 행동능력, 개인적인 표현능력, 상호 교제능력, 책임감, 자존심 등을 얻게 함으로써 긍정적인 성장을 이룬 것을 확인하였고, 이것이 후속 연구와 그들이 건강한 사회 구성원으로 사회에 진출하여 적극적으로 생활하는 데 도움을 주어 결국 자기 발전을 이루어내고 자신만의 사회적 가치를 실현할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a preliminary study to understand the positive impact of comprehensive art therapy on the mental health of children with visual disabilities. The purpose of this study is to explore these studies in order to explore the external performance factors of children, and according to these results, The purpose of this work is to establish a framework of comprehensive art therapy aimed at improving the social adaptability of children with visual impairment. The subjects of the study were 6 students in grade 5 and 5 mothers of blind children in Blind children School of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China (one parent of blind children was unable to participate for personal reasons). Two of the six were judged to be congenital blind, two were judged to be blind, and two were judged to have low vision and of grade 2 visual impairment. From October 2018 to April 2019, the research work was divided into early stage, middle stage and later stage. In the early stage, I talked with the class teacher, met with the children and the mother, collected basic information, and carried out 6 comprehensive art treatments for the children in the middle period, 5 periods of artistic treatment for the mother, and implemented the work design through the feedback in the later stage. Throughout the work process, participant actively strive to demonstrate their potential, and have significantly improved their personal learning, personnel communication, daily life participation, problem-solving ability, and active exploration,etc. Mothers have gradually found confidence in the future, and their mood has improved. As a therapist, the researchers intervene in the treatment process, and through the artistic treatment of children with visual disabilities, they can acquire positive cognitive growth, physical behavior, personal performance, mutual communication, responsibility, self-esteem, etc., In order to achieve positive growth, this is helpful to the follow-up study and their entry into a positive life as a member of a healthy society, and ultimately achieve self-development and lay the foundation for realizing their social values.
