협동학습모형을 적용한 체육수업이 초등학생의 정의적 발달에 미치는 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 협동학습 수업모형의 과제구조를 적용한 체육수업이 초등학생의 정의적 영역 발달에는 어떤 의미 있는 영향을 끼치는지 탐색하는 것이다. 질적 패턴의 실행연구방법을 근간으로 연구자가 담임을 맡고 있는 N초등 학교 6학년 1개 반의 남학생 15명, 여학생 9명 총 24명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 학생들의 신체적·인지적·정의적 영역 중 활기찬 학급분위기 조성을 위해 정의적 발달 측면에 초점을 맞추어 지속적인 관찰, 면담, 다각도적인 분석 및 해석의 기술을 동원하였다. 연구결과, 협동학습모형 과제적용 체육수업은 신체적 자기효능감, 책임감 등의 자기 개념 향상과 배려, 존중, 팀워크 등의 사회적 기술 발달에 의미있는 주제들이 생성되었다. 특히 학반에서 소외되어 왔던 한 학생에 대한 학급동료들의 선입견이 무색해짐을 관찰하였고, 배려하는 모습에 감동을 받기도 했다. 더 나 아가 협동학습모형을 적용한 체육수업에서 연구자의 고민은 체육전담교사가 되어 더 많은 초등학생들에게 기회를 확대할 수 있는 후속연구에 대한 의지를 다지기도 했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore what meaningful effects physical education classes have on affective development of elementary school students by applying the task structure of cooperative study class model. The implementation research method of qualitative patterns was conducted on 24 students in 1 class in 6th grade of N Elementary School, based on the research. In order to create a vibrant class crisis among students physical, cognitive, and just areas, the technology of continuous observation, interview, multi-directional analysis and interpretation was employed, focusing on the aspect of the definition development. As a result of the study, physical education classes applying the cooperative study model task created meaningful topics for the development of social skills, such as improved self-conceptions such as physical self-efficacy and responsibility. Especially, I observed that the preconceptions of my classmates, who had been alienated from the class, had become meaningless, and I was impressed by the way they were always considerate. Furthermore, the researcher s agony in physical education classes, which are applied with a cooperative study model, has strengthened his will to follow-up studies that can expand opportunities for more elementary school students.
