부모화에 관한 국내 연구 동향: 국내 학술지를 중심으로(2003-2017)

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 학술지를 중심으로 부모화에 관한 연구 동향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 2003년부터 2017년까지 총 55편의 학술지에 게재된 논문을 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였으며, 이 중 연구년도, 연구대상, 연구척도, 연구방법을 중심으로 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모화에 관한 연구는 처음으로 학술지 논문이 게재된 2003년부터 2017년까지 조금씩 연구가 증가하고 있으며, 2012년을 기점으로 대폭 증가하여 이 시기 이후 출판된 논문이 39편으로 전체 논문 중 절반 이상이 게재되었다. 둘째, 부모화 연구대상으로는 대학(원)생이 가장 많았다. 셋째 척도 중에서는 성인용 척도인 FRS-A(Filial Responsibility Scale-Adult)가 29편(61.7%)으로 가장 많이 사용되었다. 넷째, 연구 방법별로는 양적연구(43편, 78.1%)가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 추후 연구에서는 상관관계 연구 등 양적연구에만 치중되기보다는 실제적으로 부모화의 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 상담 및 임상적 개입을 다룬 연구도 다루어져야 필요가 있다. 또한 국내 실정에 맞는 부모화에 관한 표준화된 척도가 개발되어야 하며, 대학생이나 청소년 이외의 더 다양한 집단을 대상으로 한 연구가 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives: We performed this study to check the current trends on the parentification researches in Korea, and to present a constructive proposal for the parentification counseling research. Methods: The totals of 55 studies were collected by the keyword parentification from the domestic academic journals from 2003 to 2017. These studies were analyzed with regard to research year, object and methods. Results: The important findings are as follows; first, the number of studies about the parentification has been increased, especially since 2012. Second, the most common research object was college students (49%). Third, FRS-A (Filial Responsibility Scale-Adult) was most frequently used (61.7%). Fourth, as to the method of studies, the quantitative research occupied the majority (78.1%). Conclusions: Based on these results, it is required to include various subject groups rather than students in future research. Developing standardized criterion for the parentification is another assignment for the future study. Actual and practical counseling skills and clinical intervention related to the parentification are required as well. Finally, in accordance with the situation in Korea, re-establishing the theory of the parentification is necessary.
