부모애착이 진로 발달에 미치는 영향에 대한 개관 연구 : 국내 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 부모애착이 진로 발달에 미치는 영향에 대하여 국내 학술지를 중심으로 개관 한 것으로, 부모애착과 각 진로 발달 변인을 특성 별로 나누어 공통적으로 정의한 개념 및 연구 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 방법은 RISS, 국회도서관, 주요학술지 검색 등을 통하여 키워드 “부모애착” 과 “진로결정수준”, “진로결정자기효능감”, “진로탐색행동”, “진로탐색 자기효능감”, “진로정체감”, “진로성숙”, “진로사고”, “진로의사 결정유형”, “진로준비행동”, “진로포부”, “진로적응성”을 중심으로 직접적 인과 관계를 밝힌 연구를 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 연구는 진로결정수준과 진로성숙도에 편향되었고 진로적응성의 경우 부모애착과 관련한 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 대부분 진로 발달 변인은 부모애착과 간접적인 정적 관련이 있었으나 진로결정수준과 진로탐색행동의 경우 일관되지 않은 결과가 다수였으며 유의한 영향을 미치는 것은 각 진로발달 변인 및 부모애착 하위요인별, 성별, 연구 대상마다 다양한 차이로 드러났다. 다만, 진로탐색자기효능감과 진로결정 자기효능감의 경우 직접적으로 영향을 받았다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 일관되지 않은 연구 결과를 조명하여 미비하게 연구 된 분야의 필요성을 제기하고, 각 진로 변인에 따른 필요 매개 및 조절 요인을 조명하여 잘못된 부모애착으로 형성된 진로발달변인 수준을 제고 시킬 수 있는 진로 상담 및 교육의 필요성을 시사했다.

영문 초록

Objectives: We analyzed the common notion and research result of ‘the effects of Parents Attachment on Career Development’ and we mainly reference the domestic scientific journals about it. Methods: We analyzed several researches mentioning direct causality of “parents attachment”, “career decision level”, “career decision-making self-efficacy”, “career exploration behavior”, “career exploration self-efficacy”, “career identity”, “career maturity”, “career thoughts”, “career decision-making styles”, “career preparation behavior”, “career aspiration” and “career adaptability”, and those research papers were chosen from RISS, the National Assembly Library and etc. Results: Those researches are only focused on the career decision level and career maturity without deep consideration about the parent attachment in the case of career adaptability. Most career development variables are indirectly proportional to the parent attachment. However, career exploration self-efficacy and career decision-making self-efficacy were directly affected by the career development variables. Conclusions: This work highlights inconsistent research results, and shows the reason why there should be further research needed for this branch. It also points out the need for providing some education and career counsel to correct the level of wrongly developed the career development.
