대학생의 자아존중감, 도덕성이 인성에 미치는 상대적 예측력

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자아존중감과 도덕성이 인성에 미치는 영향력에 대해 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 J대학교 대학생 406명을 대상으로 자아존중감, 도덕성 및 인성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 상관과 다중회귀분석을 분석을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 자아존중감과 도덕성은 인성과 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 인성교육진흥법에서 제시한 인성의 핵심가치 8가지 덕목에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 어떤 것들이 있는지를 밝혀본 결과, 대체적으로 도덕성의 상대적 예측력이 높게 나타나고 그 다음 자아존중감으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생 인성 함양을 위해서 도덕성과 자아존중감을 중심으로 한 교육내용이나 컨텐츠의 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과가 대학 내에서 대학생의 인성교육 프로그램이나 교육내용을 구성하는데 있어서 자아존중감의 자기존중, 타인과의 관계, 지도력과 인기 및 자기주장과 도덕성의 공감능력, 양심, 관용, 친절, 자제력, 존중심, 공정성 등 대학생들이 습득하고 체험해야 할 다양한 덕목을 개발하는데 있어서 기초 자료로 활용 및 실행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relative potency of self-esteem and morality on college students character. So far, the relationship between self-esteem and character and morality and character have been investigated. In this study, however, self-esteem and morality have a positive impact on character. For this purpose, 406 college students of J university were collected data using self- esteem, morality, and character scale. The results of correlation and multiple regression analysis were as follows: First, self-esteem and morality were significantly correlated with character Second, the factors affecting the eight virtues of humanity s core values as suggested in the Human Resources Education Promotion Act were revealed to be relatively high predictive power of morality, followed by self–esteem. This suggests that it is necessary to develop contents and contents centered on morality and self-esteem in order to cultivate humanity in college students. The results of this study are as follows: self-esteem of self-esteem, relationship with others, leadership and popularity, empathy of self-assertion and morality, conscience, tolerance, kindness, self-control, Centeredness, fairness, etc. should be utilized and practiced as basic data in developing various virtues that university students should acquire and experience.
