우리나라 특성화고등학교의 상대적 효율성 분석 -대학진학률과 취업률을 중심으로-

국문 초록

이 연구는 특성화고등학교의 상대적 효율성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었으며, 연구의 대상은 전국의 302개 특성화고등학교이다. 상대적 효율성을 측정하기 위한 투입변수와 산출변수를 선행연구 분석을 통해 선정하였으며, 투입변수로는 교사 1인당 학생 수, 교사 1인당 주당 수업시수, 학생 1인당 장학금 수혜액, 학생 1인당 교육비, 학생 1인당 장서 수, 학생 1인당 도서자료 구입비이며, 산출변수로는 대학진학률과 취업률로 구성하였다. 연구결과 CCR모형에서 90점대 이상의 효율성을 보인 특성화고등학교는 125개교로 분석되었으며, BCC모형에서 90점대 이상의 효율성을 보인 특성화고등학교는 178개교로 나타났다. 배경변인에 따른 차이는 학교 소재지, 교장공모제 여부, 평준화 여부에 따라 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었으나, 설립유형에 따른 평균차이는 국․공립 특성화고등학교가 사립학교에 비해 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 특성화유형에 따른 차이는 기타유형(가사, 수산, 실업, 체육)특성화고등학교의 상대적 효율성이 상업계열과 공업계열에 비해 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to measure and evaluate the relative efficiency of specializing high schools. The ㄱresearch subjects of this study were 302 technical high schools in south korea. The input and output variables for measuring relative efficiency were selected through previous research. The input variables are the number of students per teacher, number of classes per teacher per week, scholarship per student, education cost per student, the number of books per student, and the cost of purchasing books per student. Output variables are university and college enterance rate and employment rate. As a result of the study, 125 technical high schools showed high efficiency in the CCR model. and 178 technical high schools showed high efficiency in the BCC model. There was no significant difference in efficiency of school location, open recruit system for the principal, high school equalization policy. However, differences in the type of establishment were found to vary significantly depending on the size. however difference in the type of establishment, was found wary significantly. the average difference between the national and public high schools was higher than that of private schools. As a result of analyzing the differences according to the types of specialization, the relative efficiency of other type high schools(housework, fisheries, business, physical education)was analyzed to be higher than those of commercial and industrial sectors.
