영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is a systematic review of literature on the effects of information provision on patient decision making. This study confirms the effect of providing information on patients satisfaction with decision making, knowledge on information, and decision conflicts. Method: For the study purpose, 40 studies were selected using RISS, KISS, NDSL, DBpia. Result: The interventions provided key information to the patients on how to manage disease related issues such as diet, medication, and emotional support needed for treatment. As a result of systematic review of whether disease-related information provision affects decision-making, results-based measures were the most common measure of disease knowledge. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop standardized patientsʼ decision aids(PtDA) to provide sufficient information about disease-related information.
