국문 초록

본 연구는 노인복지시설 심리정서 프로그램이 노인의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 노인복지시설 심리정서 프로그램 운영에 도움을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상자의 개인적 특성은, 여자가 많고, 큰 문제점은 건강과 외로움이다. 차이분석에서 생활만족도는 가족관계에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 기술통계와 상관분석에서 심리정서 프로그램 참여의 수와 생활만족도간에 정적 관계가 있으며, 차이분석에서 프로그램 참여 노인이 비참여 노인보다 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 선행연구에서 만족도 높은 노인복지관의 심리정서 프로그램 운영을 위하여, 프로그램 참여 노인을 분석하여 프로그램효과성과 전문성 필요하다.

영문 초록

This research is intended to help the operation of the psychological protocol program for the elderly welfare facilities by identifying the effects of the psychological protocol program on the satisfaction of the elderly. The results of the study are as follows. First, the personality traits of the study subjects are many women, and the big problems are health and loneliness. The difference analysis showed a significant difference in family relationships. Second, there is a static relationship between the number of participation in the psychological protocol program and the satisfaction level of life in the analysis of differences between the elderly and the elderly who participate in the program are more satisfied than those who are not. Therefore, for the operation of a psychological protocol program at the senior center with high satisfaction in the preceding study, it is necessary to analyze the senior citizens who participate in the program and to provide program effectiveness and professionalism.
