예비부모교육 프로그램에 관한 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 우리사회에서 부모교육의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 예비부모교육 프로그램의 동향을 살피고 그 내용과 효과를 탐색함으로서 예비부모교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 대한 방향성을 제시하고, 예비부모교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 문헌을 분석하는 문헌연구 방법을 통해 국내학술지에 발표된 총 12건의 논문이 연구대상 문헌으로 선정하여 분석하였다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 시기별 동향을 살펴보면, 2008년에는 1편, 2009년에는 3편, 2010년부터 2012년은 각 1편, 2013년 2편, 2016년 3편으로 꾸준히 논문들이 발표된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프로그램 목적을 분석한 결과, 예비부모교육프로그램에서는 자아존중감 향상, 예비부모로서의 자질, 지식, 태도 함양, 의사소통 능력증진 등을 목적으로 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 프로그램 개발과정은 프로그램의 요구도를 반영하여 프로그램을 개발한 연구가 3편이었고, 나머지 9편은 선행연구나 기존에 개발된 프로그램을 수정 또는 재구성하여 활용하였다. 넷째, 프로그램 구성내용은 공통적으로 포함되어 있는 내용으로 자신과 부모님과의 관계를 돌아봄으로서 자기자신을 이해하고 이를 토대로 부모됨이나 부모역할을 인식하는 프로그램으로 나타났다. 그리고 효과적인 의사소통방법을 습득하게 함으로서 예비부모로서의 자질과 기술을 습득하도록 구성하고 있다. 다섯째, 프로그램 진행절차를 살펴보면, 실시 대상은 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 5편, 고등학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 4편, 시설청소년을 대상으로 한 연구가 3편으로 나타났다. 실시시간은 총 1시간에서 40시간으로 다양하게 나타났으며, 1회평균 1시간에서 3시간까지 운영되었다. 회기수는 1회에서 12회기로 나타나 일회성 프로그램에서 다회성 프로그램까지 다양하게 실시되었다. 여섯째, 프로그램 효과로는 자아존중감, 의사소통능력, 부모됨에 대한 인식, 양육태도 등에서 긍적적인 변화를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

This study is to review the trends of preliminary parent education programs over the last 10 years, to present the direction of development and operation of preliminary parent education program by exploring its contents and effects and to provide basic data of preliminary parent education. A total of 12 papers published in domestic journals were selected as the literature. The results are summarized as follows: First, in terms of program trends, it has been reported that articles have been published steadily until now, 1 in 2008, 3 in 2009, 1 in 2010, 2 in 2013, and 3 in 2016. Second, the results of the analysis of the purpose of the program showed that preliminary parent education programs aimed to improve self-esteem, qualities , their knowledge, attitude and communication skills, as preliminary parents. Third, in the program development process, there are three studies developed programs to reflect the needs of the program, and the remaining nine studies were modified or reconstructed from previous researches or existing programs. Fourth, the programs were consisted of contents that are commonly included, that is, to understand oneself by looking at the relation between oneself and parents, and to recognize the parenting and the role of the parent. And also they constructed to acquire their qualifications and skills as prospective parents through effective communication method. Fifth, the process of the program was as follows: 5 subjects for university students, 4 subjects for high school students, and 3 subjects for facility students. Execution time varied from 1 hour to 40 hours, and operated from 1 hour to 3 hours on average. The number of sessions ranged from 1 to 12 sessions, ranging from one-time programs to multifaceted programs. Sixth, program effects showed positive changes in self-esteem, communication ability, perception of parenting, and attitude toward fostering.
