국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터의 아동들을 중심으로 저소득층아동들의 열악한 환경 속에 부모의 돌봄이 제대로 이루어 지지 않고 있는 초등학교 1학년에서 6학년 아동을 대상으로 집단 숲 미술 놀이 치료 프로그램을 통하여 자아 존중감 향상 에 미치는 영향과 사회성 증진의 효과성검증을 실험 집단과 통제 집단으로 비교 분석하여 보았다. 8회기의 숲 미술 놀이 치료 프로그 램을 실시하여 실험자들의 변화를 분석 할 수 있었으며 긍정적인 결과를 가지고 프로그램을 마무리 할 수 있었다. 실험자들의 잠재되어 있는 내면을 자기 별칭정하기, 자기 나무꾸미기, 나이테이야기, 아코디온북 만들기, 눈감고 친구 손잡고 산책하기, 등의 과정을 통하여 자연속에 바람소리, 물소리, 새소리 등을 체험함으로 찾아 갈 수 있는 계기가 마련되고 자아존중감과 사회성을 증진시킬 수 있는 기반을 다지는 계기가 된 숲 미술 놀이 치료 프로그램이 된 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

In this paper, focus on the children at the local children s centers who were in the grades from 1 to 6 in an elementary school. The children as the subjects of my research have no parental cares properly because of poor environments of these low-income. This research had comparatively analyzed the influences on the improvement of the self-esteem and the verification of the effectiveness of the promotion of the sociability with the experimental group and the control group through a group forest art play therapy program. By carrying out 8 sessions of the forest art play therapy program, it was possible to analyze the changes of the children who participated in experiments. And the program could be finished with the positive results. The processes of the experiments are through the processes of deciding one s own another name, decorating one s own tree, the ring story, making an accordion book, taking a walk while closing the eyes and holding a friend s hand, etc. It is likely that regarding the insides that have the potentials of the children in experiment, it became a forest art play therapy program. This program let children experience the sounds of the winds, the sounds of the water, the sounds of the birds, etc. within the nature. These opportunities lead them to strengthen the basis for promoting the self-esteem and the sociability.
