대학 플립러닝(flipped-learning) 강좌의 운영적절성 평가 척도 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학 플립러닝(flipped-learning) 강좌의 운영적절성 평가 척도를 개발하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 국․내외의 문헌을 고찰을 통해 16개의 1차 평가 문항을 추출하였고 전문가와 CVR 비율 공식을 이용하여 15개 문항의 내용타당도를 확보하였으며 각 요인 구조의 적합성과 신뢰도 검정을 통해 12개의 평가 척도를 개발하였다. 플립러닝 강좌에 대한 학습자의 인식을 깊이 있게 탐색하여 강좌 운영의 질을 높이기 위한 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 2개의 주관식 문항을 추가하여 14개 문항으로 구성된 평가 척도를 최종적으로 개발하였다. 그 중 온라인 학습의 운영적절성 평가 문항은 객관식 6문항, 주관식 1문항으로, 온라인 학습 시간의 적절성, 학습동영상의 매력성, 학습동영상의 복습활용성, 온라인 학습 유용성, 온라인 학습시스템 접근편리성, 온라인 학습장소 및 시간의 자율성, 온라인 학습의 개선점이 포함되었다. 강의실 학습의 운영적절성 평가 문항은 객관식 6문항, 주관식 1문항으로, 학습활동의 흥미성, 학습활동의 학습목표 관련성, 교수자-학습자 의사소통 원활성, 학습자-학습자 의사소통 원활성, 학습활동의 평가적절성, 온-오프라인(강의실) 학습 내용의 연계성, 강의실 학습의 개선점이 이에 속하였다. 본 연구 결과는 대학에서 운영하는 플립러닝 강좌의 운영적절성 평가 도구로 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 플립러닝 강좌를 개선하고 효과적인 학습 방향 및 활성화 방안을 탐색하는 데에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop evaluation scale of operation suitability for flipped-learning course in a University. To achieve this, first, 16 measurement factors were drawn through a review of previous studies. Second, the first version of factors were reviewed by seven experts in education field and then tested a content validity using the Lawshe(1975)’s Content Validity Ratio(CVR) formula. Third, survey data of 981 students who participated in a flipped-learning online and offline classroom of a university were analyzed to test the goodness of fit and reliability of measurement model. Finally, a total of 14 factors were developed. The operation suitability evaluation scale of online learning included 7 factors, appropriateness of online learning time, possibility of review and attractiveness of learning videos, easy access to online learning, autonomy of learning time and place and improvement of online learning. The operation suitability evaluation scale of offline learning included 7 factors, interest in activities, relevance to learning objectives, communication between professors and students, students and students, appropriateness of learning evaluation, connectivity between online and offline learning and improvements in offline learning. The results of this study can be helpful for the online and offline learning effectiveness of the flipped-learning course of the university and be used to improve the flipped-learning course and explore the activation method.
