소아 청소년 자폐스펙트럼장애의 화용언어 중재에 관한 문헌분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 자폐스펙트럼장애 소아 및 청소년의 화용언어능력을 중재한 국내외 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 질적수준과 증거기반실제를 분석하는 것이다. 2007년부터 2017년까지의 자폐스펙트럼장애 소아 및 청소년을 대상으로 화용언어능력을 중재한 국내 12편과 국외 16편의 단일대상연구를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 국내연구는 6-11세 이하, 국외연구는 5세 이하의 대상자에게서 가장 많이 실시되었다. 둘째, 국내연구는 치료실에서 가장 많이 실시된 반면 국외연구는 가정에서 가장 많이 실시되었다. 셋째, 주요 종속변인은 국내연구는 의사소통의도, 국외연구는 담화관리인 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 국내연구는 9편, 국외연구는 11편이 질적지표의 최소수준을 충족하였다. 다섯째, 국내외연구에서 가장 많이 사용한 중재방법은 ‘social story’로 총 4편의 연구가 해당 중재방법을 사용하였다. 여섯째, 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동 및 청소년의 화용언어능력을 중재한 방법 중 강력한 증거기반실제를 구축한 방법은 없었다. 향후 국내 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동에 있어 효과적인 화용언어 조기중재 및 가정기반 개입을 위한 체계적인 후속연구들이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of domestic/foreign studies which mediated the pragmatic language ability of children and youth with autism spectrum and to analyze the qualitative index level and the proof-based truth. 12 domestic single subject researches and 16 foreign ones to which the pragmatic language mediation was applied were analyzed targeting children and adolescents with the autism spectrum from 2007 to 2017. As a result, first, the domestic research was mostly conducted targeting subjects at the age of 6~11 and foreign research mostly targeting subjects under 6. Second, while the domestic research was conducted the most in the treatment room, the foreign research was conducted the most at home. Third, it was revealed that the main dependent variable of domestic research was the communication intention and the one of the foreign research was the discourse management. Fourth, 9 domestic researches and 11 foreign researches satisfied the minimum level of the qualitative index. Fifth, the most frequently used mediation method in the domestic/foreign researches was ‘social story’. Sixth, there was no method which built a proof-based truth among the methods that mediated the pragmatic language ability of children and adolescents with autism spectrum. The systematic follow-up studies for the effective pragmatic language early mediation and the family-based intervention are necessary in the future for the children with the autism spectrum.
