인턴십 연계모델을 통한 노인일자리 창출 방안 연구

국문 초록

사회적 보호의 대상인 고령자와 더불어 모든 대상이 평생학습의 하나로 자신이 원하는 분야에서의 지속적인 인턴십 과정을 통해 고령자를 기업이 원하는 인적자원 개발 대상으로 전환이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라의 인적자원개발이 정규교육 단계에서는 과잉투자를 우려할 정도로 투자가 이루어지고 있지만 고용안정 및 경쟁력 강화와 직결되는 노동시장에서의 인적자원에 대한 투자는 매우 낮음을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업이 원하는 능력을 갖춘 인적자원을 개발하고 이러한 인력을 각 기업의 적시적소에 배치할 수 있는 시스템을 갖출 수 있는 인턴십 연계교육모델을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 모델은 노인들의 고용과 여가 및 평생학습 기회가 통합된 모델로서 구직희망자의 특성에 따라 다양한 방법의 교육과정을 제공하고 평생학습의 차원에서 지속적인 생애직업훈련과정이 이루어질 수 있는 인턴십 연계 모델로 기업의 주문식 교육이 이루어질 때 보다 효과적인 모델이다.

영문 초록

It is necessary to educate and maintain senior citizens labor force as a valuable human resource pool of the current industry through continuous internship program, which is one of life-long education process. The current human resources development process in Korean, however, heavily has focused and has invested on formal education stage rather than on labor market which is directly connected to employment stability and enhancing competitiveness of the country. Therefore this study focused on the development of internship linked model of internship based education model for not only generating human resources who have ability to incorporated with particular companies, but also providing the system could do a role for distributing human resources at right time and right position to the industry. The purposed model is formed by integrating employment of senior citizen, leisure, and life-long education. It can provide various and diverse education methods according to characteristic of job seekers. The model is also internship-based model in which continuous lifespan job training course is provided as one of life-long education approaches. Lastly it could be well defined and apply when it is carried out by the customized training
