태교 집단미술치료가 시설 미혼모의 심리적 안녕감과 모-태아애착에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 보호시설에 거주하고 있는 미혼모를 대상으로 태교 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시하여 미혼모의 심리적 안녕감과 모-태아 애착에 어떠한 효과가 있는가를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구에 참여한 대상은 D시의 H미혼모시설에 있는 미혼모들에게 태교 집단미술치료 프로그램을 알리고 참여를 희망하는 미혼모 10명 을 대상으로 주 2회||| 총 8회기로 진행되었다. 연구도구는 Ryff(1989)가 개발한 심리적 안녕감 척도와 Cranley (1981)의 태아애착 척도를 번안 수정한 것을 사용하였다. 프로그램 실시 전||| 후에 사전||| 사후 검사를 실시하여 평균과 표준편차를 비교분석하였다. 자료분석은 비모수 검증 방법을 사용하였으며 프로그램의 효과 검증은 윌 콕슨 부호 순위 검정을 사용하여 분석하였다. 또한 태교 집단미술치료 프로그램의 치료과정에서 나타난 연구 대상자의 변화양상을 관찰하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 태교 집단미술치료가 시설 미혼모 의 심리적 안녕감 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 특히 심리적 안녕감의 하위영역 중 환경통제력에서 긍정적 으로 변화됨을 볼 수 있었다. 그리고 태교 집단미술치료의 단계에 따른 시설 미혼모의 심리적 안녕감과 모-태 아애착의 변화양상은 어떠한가를 알아보기 위해 시설 미혼모의 행동||| 미술작품의 질과 상징성||| 미술과정에서의 몰입정도||| 미술작품에 대한 미혼모의 태도 등을 분석한 결과 긍정적인 변화양상을 보였다.

영문 초록

In this study unwed mothers at a shelter facility received prenatal care-based group art therapy. This study investigated the effects of the therapy on the mothers' emotional well-being and the mother-fetal attachment. The participants were 10 unwed mothers residing at a shelter facility who agreed to receive prenatal care-based group art therapy. They were divided into a control group of 5 and an experimental group of 5. They received this 8 session therapy program||| twice a week. Two instruments were employed in this study: Ryff's (1989) psychological well-being scale and Cranley's (1981) mother-fetal attachment scale. A pretest before the program and posttest and follow-up test after the program were administered to compare the means and standard deviations. Data were analyzed using nonparametric test. Wilcoxon's singed ranks test was used to examine the statistical significance of the therapy program. In addition||| through the progression of the program||| observations and analysis were made on the participants' behavior||| their art works' quality and symbolism||| the extent of their engagement with the art activities||| and their attitudinal change towards art works. This study found that prenatal care-based group art therapy had positive effects on the unwed mothers' psychological well-being. The subcategory||| controlling the surroundings showed positive change. And the analysis on the participants' behavior and their artworks' quality and symbolism||| the extent of their engagement with art activities||| and their attitudes towards artworks showed positive changes in their psychological well-being and mother-fetal attachment.
