성매매 경험여성을 위한 현실요법적 집단미술치료 프로그램 개발과 효과성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 성매매 경험여성들을 대상으로 현실요법에 기반한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발 적용 하여 사회성, 자아존중감, 내적통제성을 향상시키어 자신의 삶에 책임감과 자율성을 가지고 건강한 사회인으로써 생활할 수 있도록 하는데 목적 이 있다. 본 연구는 B시 성매매 여성의 쉼터에 거주하고 있는 만 20세-29 세의 성매매 경험여성 14명을 연구 대상자로 선정하여 각각 7명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 본 프로그램의 실시기간은 주 2회, 한 회기당 120 분 총 16회기를 8주로 쉼터에서 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 성매매 경험 여성들을 대상으로 사회성 척도, 자아존중감 척도, 내적통제성 척도, KFD(동적가족화), K-HTP(동적 집, 나무, 사람)를 프로그램을 실시하기 1주일 전에 사전 검사를 하였고, 프로그램이 끝난 1주후에 사후 검사를 하였다. 집단이 종료된 지 1개윌 후에는 추후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료프로그램은 성매매 경험 여성들의 사회성 향상에 효과가 있 었다. 둘째, 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료프로그램은 성매매 경험 여성들의 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째. 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료프로그램은 성매매 경험 여성들의 내적통제성향상에 효과가 있었다. 이는 성매매 경험 여성이 외부통제에 구애받지 않고 자신의 행동을 스스로 변화시키게 하는데 긍정적 효과가 있음이 입증되었다. 결론적으로 현실요법을 적용한 집단미술치료 프로그램은 성매매경험 여성들에게 긍정적이고 바람 직한 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, I developed and offered a group art therapy based on reality therapy to former female prostitutes to improve their way of life, in which they should live happily with responsibility and autonomy. The purpose of this study is to examine whether this therapy improves the participants’ sociability, self-esteem, and internal control. To do this study, I first picked 14 women aged 20-29 who worked as prostitutes and are now accommodated in a protective institution in B city. 1 then divided them evenly into two groups, an experiment group and a control group. This program was carried out at a protective institution in B city twice a week. Each session was 120 minutes, 16 sesson and lasted for 8 weeks. Then, to measure the effect, I did the pre-test to the participants in order to check their sociability, self-esteem and internal control. This was followed by the post-test one week after the therapy and one more test one month later The results of this study as follows 1. The group art therapy based on reality therapy improved the participants\' sociality 2. The group art therapy based on reality therapy improved the participants\' self-esteem 3. The group art therapy based on reality therapy improved the participants\' internal control In conclusion, the group art therapy based on reality therapy significantly improved the participants\' social adaptibility.
