영문 초록

I report two cases of combat neuroses which I have experienced in Vietnam, through last one year (November 1965~October 1966). One of those was characterized by palpitation, tightness of chest and anxiety shock, and the other insomnia, nightmare, phobia and agitation. In both cases, there observed notewothy relation to his postural situation. The former was returned to duty with recovery after 6 days of hospitalization, and the later, too, after 20 days. They were under warm proper rest and supportive therapeutic. Here, additionary, I suggest the incidence of combat neurois was rare in Vietnam Conflict than in W. W. II & Korean war. Those mean of, I think, lesser gross dangers to the soldiers from V. C. rs fire, and the good morale by improved democratic operation ia ROK army than before.
