국문 초록

고전시대 소나타 형식의 발전부는 장‧단조 소나타 발전부의 화성구조가 다르다. 장조 소나타는 제시부의 제2 주제가 딸림화음 조성이면 발전부에서는 딸림화음의 연장을 이루고, 단조 소나타에서는 제2 주제가 가온화음 조성이면 발전부에서는 가온화음에서 딸림화음으로의 화성진행을 한다. 본 논문은 단조 소나타형식의 발전부 끝에서 나타나는 구조적 딸림화음에 도달하기 위한 다양한 화성진행을 알아보기 위하여 모차르트의 단조 소나타로 작곡된 현악 4중주와 현악 5중주 및 피아노 소나타의 발전부를 분석하여 세 가지 유형의 화성구조 내에서 이뤄지는 화성진행을 살펴보았다.

영문 초록

Harmonic progressions found in Sonata movement of major key are different from Sonata movement of minor in Classical period. Generally, the subordinate theme of the Exposition in major key sonata movement is in dominant key, and the dominant prolongation follows on in the Development. On the other hand, the subordinate theme in minor key movement is in mediant key, and in the Develpoment the harmonic progression from mediant to dominant occurs, since dominant is required for the returns of the home key. This study is intended to study various harmonic progressions of structural harmonic prolongation as well as harmonic progressions coming at the end of the development to reach the structural dominant chord. For this purpose, I have analyzed the development sections of Mozart s String Quartet, String Quintet, and Piano Sonata in minor key. The three models suggested by Cadwellader and Gagne are subdivided through the detailed analyses of Mozart s sonata movements.
