영문 초록

The authors studied on paranoid on paranoid symptoms in 1029 patients admitted to In Je Medical College Hospital, psychiatric unit during the period from March, 1975 to May, 1979. The result were as follows; 1. The paranoid symptoms were found in 21.1% of patients. 2. In the diagnostic proportion of the patients having paranoid symptoms, schizophrenia (70.596) was leading follow edby organic brain syndrome (11.1% ), neuroses (10.6% ), other psychoses (2.3 % ), affective disorder (1.8% ), and paranoid states (1.8% ). 3. Paranoid symptoms were found in 100% of paranoid states patients, and 55.2% of schizophrenia, 26.4% of organic brain syndrome, 26.3% of other psychoses, and 10.2% of affective disorder patients. 4 . Paranoid delusions were dominant in schizophrenia, affective disorder, paranoid states, and other psychoses but in neuroses and personality disorders, suspiciousness and idea of reference without frank paranoid delusion were seen.
