영문 초록

The available literatures on recent trend to the treatment of mood disorder are reviewed. Many new drugs have been introduced into clinical use in the past decade, but the efficacy is not better and the onset of action is not really faster, than currently used antidepressant drugs. The following issues are discussed ; 1) Drugs used in mood disorder. 2) Effective pharmacological strategies including TDM and predictor. 3) Development of new drugs. 4) New application of other drugs. New findings about the biochemical pathophysiology of mood disorder that could lead.to new avenues of research and generate genuine new drugs.
