영문 초록

According to the scientific and technologic progress. human beings has been made effort for the development of the space continuously. Recently dangerous pollutants which have effects on the nature environment have increased rapidly and those fall plumb down the earth. Such as radioactive materials and the space-fragments menace the nature environment and our life. That is. we have been threatened with those materials in space-activity and the protection of space-environment. From about 40 years ago. many aero-space scholars and experts of developed countries have devise a proper measure about that problem through several international conferences. Now they are preparing to legislate for the materials which are adrift in the Space, Therefore, this dissertation intended to describe comprehensive legal aspiocts and intt!rnational movement adopting appropriate treaty to be free from such a dangerous pollutants existing aero-space.
