국문 초록

본 연구는 기업의 제조유연성을 위한 적절한 공급사슬구조를 제시하고 있으며, 각 공급사슬구조에 따라 구매기업과 공급기업간의 관계를 분석하고 있다. 최종제품의유연성은 제조시스템이 가지는 유연성과 구매부품의 다양성에 의해 영향을 받는다는 전제하에 공급사슬을 분류하였다. 그 결과 4가지 유형의 공급사슬구조를 가지는 매트릭스가 개발되었다. 또한 공급사슬구조에 따라 구매기업과 공급기업간의 관계관리활동에 차이가 존재하는 가를 검증하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 공급사슬의 구조에 따라 요구되는 구매기업과 공급기업의 관계관리활동에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This research addresses the relation between purchaser and supplier for flexibility of manufacturing according to supply chain structure. The supply chains are classified into four types of structure by two dimensions, flexibility of manufacturing system and variety of purchasing parts. We assume that supply management activities are affected by the supply chain structure to ensure a firm the manufacturing flexibility. The supply management activities are analyzed by four factors of B2B collaboration such as sharing of information, operational connection, legal relation, and cooperation. Four hypotheses are set to test the differences in relation management activities between purchaser and supplier by supply chain structure empirically. Consequently, the results show that there exist signigicant differences in supply management activities for ensuring the manufacturing flexibility according to supply chain structure.
