국문 초록

오늘날 기업의 비즈니스 환경은 빠르게 진화하는 기술혁신과 시장의 급격한 변화에 따라 점점 더 복잡해지고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 기업이 경쟁력을 유지하고 성장하기 위해서는 빠르게 변화하는 외부 환경과 고객의 요구에 민첩하게 대응할 수 있는 동적 역량(Dynamic Capability)이 필수적으로 요구된다. 동적 역량은 기업이 끊임없이 변화하는 시장 상황 속에서 자원을 재구성하고, 새로운 기회를 포착하여 지속 가능한 성과를 창출하는 능력이다. 동적 역량을 강화하기 위한 효과적인 전략 중 하나는 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)이다. 디지털 전환은 기존의 비즈니스 프로세스, 운영 방식, 그리고 조직구조에 디지털 기술을 통합하여 혁신하는 과정으로, 이를 통해 기업은 변화에 신속히 대응하고 효율적인 운영이 가능해진다. 특히 클라우드는 디지털 전환을 가속화 하는 핵심 기술로 주목받고 있으며, 기업의 유연성과 민첩성을 증대시켜 동적 역량을 지원하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 MSP(Managed Service Provider) 기업의 고객 매출 데이터를 사용하여 국내 기업의 클라우드 도입 특성을 분석하고 고찰한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 클라우드 관련 국가 정책 입안기관, 클라우드 수요 및 제공기업의 전략 성숙도 향상에 참고 자료로 가치를 제공할 것이다.

영문 초록

Today's business environment is becoming increasingly complex due to rapidly evolving technological innovations and dramatic market changes. In such an environment, maintaining competitiveness and achieving growth requires Dynamic Capability, the ability to respond agilely to rapidly changing external conditions and customer demands. Dynamic capability refers to a firm's ability to reconfigure resources, seize new opportunities, and generate sustainable performance in constantly shifting market conditions. One of the most effective strategies to enhance dynamic capability is Digital Transformation. Digital transformation involves integrating digital technologies into existing business processes, operations, and organizational structures to drive innovation. Through this transformation, companies can respond swiftly to changes and achieve operational efficiency. In particular, cloud computing has emerged as a key technology accelerating digital transformation, playing a crucial role in enhancing organizational flexibility and agility to support dynamic capability. This study examines the characteristics of cloud adoption among domestic firms by analyzing customer revenue data from Managed Service Provider (MSP) companies. The findings of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for national policy-making bodies related to cloud computing, as well as for cloud service providers and consumers seeking to improve their strategic maturity in leveraging cloud technologies.
