사회적기업의 조직 동적 역량이 지속 가능한 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 4IR 시대적 관점 반영

국문 초록

4차 산업혁명 시대, 기업의 생존은 발 빠른 혁신으로 시장과 기술변화에 대응하고, 보유한 모든 자원을 신속하고 효율적으로 배분하는 능력인 동적 역량에 달려있다. 상대적으로 부족한 자원과 영세성을 안고 혼합목표를 추구하는 사회적기업이 사회적 임팩트를 만들기 위해서는 동적 역량 강화가 절실한 시점이지만 사회적기업의 동적 역량에 대한 연구는 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회적기업의 동적 역량을 측정할 수 있는 핵심적인 역량으로 ‘거버넌스 역량’ ‘외부 자원 활용역량’ ‘디지털 소통역량’을 식별하고 이들 요소들이 사회적기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있다. 인천 및 경기도 소상공인연합회와 수도권 및 경기지역의 사회적기업 대표 및 간부를 대상으로 한 설문 분석 결과, 외부 자원 활용역량과 디지털 소통역량은 사회적기업의 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직 거버넌스 역량은 비재무적 성과에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만, 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향은 확인할 수 없었다. 이런 결과는 사회적기업이 지속성장을 위해서는 외부 파트너십을 확장하고 디지털 마케팅 전략을 강화해야 하며, 장기적인 지속 가능 성과를 높이기 위해선 투명성, 책임성, 신뢰성 등 비재무적 요소도 더욱 강화해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a company's survival depends on its dynamic capabilities, the ability to respond to market and technological changes with rapid innovation and to allocate all resources quickly and efficiently. Social enterprises that pursue mixed goals with relatively scarce resources and small size are in urgent need of strengthening their dynamic capabilities to create social impact, but there are few studies on dynamic capabilities of social enterprises. The purpose of this study is to identify 'governance capabilities,' 'external resource utilization capabilities,' and 'digital communication capabilities' as core capabilities that can measure the dynamic capabilities of social enterprises, and to analyze the impact of these factors on the financial and non-financial performance of social enterprises. To achieve the research objectives, questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of Gyeonggi-do small business associations and companies participating in government support programs in the metropolitan area and Gyeonggi Province for 4 months. Out of a total of 1,800 questionnaires, 226 were returned, and 204 were used for the final analysis after excluding 22 non-responses. The collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to derive the research results. The results of the analysis showed that organizational governance capabilities, external resource utilization capabilities, and digital communication capabilities have a positive impact on sustainable management performance, supporting the research hypothesis.
