국문 초록

『친절한 달의 침묵』에서 예이츠는 세계와 인간에 관한 시적 시스템의 근간이 되는 요소들을 자세하게 설명한다. 이러한 요소들과 사람과 세계의 관계는 21세기를 보는 새로운 방법이 될 수 있다. 급격하게 변화하는 지금의 세상에서 현대 비평가들이나 학자들은 복잡하게 얽혀진 관계에 비슷하게 동의하고 새롭게 생각하는 방법과 예전과는 다른 시각을 제안한다. 이 논문은 그들의 관점과 예이츠가 사용한 요소들을 논하고 특히 그 요소들로부터 모더니티를 찾고자 한다.

영문 초록

In Per Amica Silentia Lunae, Yeats describes his materials which come to be a foundation for his poetic system of the world and men. These materials and the relationship between the world and men can be a new way of looking at the twenty-first century. In the fast-changing world of present time, modern critics or scholars agree to such interconnected relations of our world and suggest new ways of thinking and different perspectives. My paper will discuss their perspectives and Yeats’s use of materials, seeking modernity in particular in the materials.
