유치원 부적응 유아의 모래상자 놀이치료 적용 사례연구

국문 초록

연구 목적: 본 연구는 유치원 부적응 유아에게 모래상자 놀이치료를 적용한 사례를 제시하고 그 효과를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 광주광역시에 소재한 인사이드발달심리연구소에서 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 연구자가 모래상자와 여러 가지 모형들을 제공하여 모래놀이 치료기법으로 10주간 실시하면서 관찰 기록하고 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 내용: 모래상자 치료적 적용은 유아의 유치원 부적응 치료에 긍정적 효과가 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 모래상자 치료에 대한 적용은 유아의 유치원 부적응에 대해 긍정적 치료 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 내담 유아가 자기의 내면 갈등을 표출하여 안정되고, 자기돌봄과 성장 과정을 반복하여 자기를 강화시킨 효과가 있다. 이에 사회적 적응에 어려움을 겪는 다양한 연령대, 성별의 아동을 대상으로 모래상자 놀이치료를 활용한 치료적 개입이 적극적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to present a case of applying sandbox play therapy to preschool maladjusted Childhood and to understand its effectiveness. This study was conducted at the Inside Developmental Psychology Research Institute in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The researcher provided sandboxes and various models and used sandplay therapy techniques on 5-year-old children for 10 weeks. The therapeutic application of sand trays had a positive effect on the treatment of maladjustment to kindergarten in young children. The application of sand tray therapy has been shown to have a positive therapeutic effect on children's maladjustment to kindergarten. These results show that the children in the study were able to express their inner conflicts, become stable, and strengthen themselves through repeating the process of self-care and growth. As a result, maladaptive behaviors in kindergarten were reduced, and they were able to form harmonious peer relationships. Accordingly, we hope that we will do our best to ensure that the therapeutic intervention of sand play boxes can be actively implemented for children of various age groups and genders who have difficulties in social adaptation.
