Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the transformative impact of digital technologies on entrepreneurial decision-making and strategic adaptation. The study examined digital adoption on strategic management, innovation processes and organization resilience among entrepreneurs and SMEs. Design/methodology/approach: A content analysis was conducted on thirty selected scholarly articles related to technology enabled entrepreneurial decision-making and tried to understand the key themes on these articles. Findings: The results show that there are twelve key themes about how digital technologies enhance entrepreneurial decision-making by providing advanced analytics, facilitating experimentation, and enabling real-time market insights. SMEs dynamic capabilities, business model innovation, and agility to market changes are also presented as key themes. Furthermore, digital tools also support organizational learning and improve resilience, specifically during economic downturns or crises. Research limitations/implications: This research provides comprehensive insight on how digital technologies influ-ence entrepreneurial decision-making and strategic adaptation. The interplay between technology adoption, strategic agility, and innovation are also reported by emphasizing the significant role of digital tools in modern entrepreneurship. Originality/value: The limitation of this study laid in secondary data usage from recent articles, that might not cover all aspects of the evolving digital landscape. Future research should include empirical analyses across diverse contexts and industries to validate and expand the results.
