국문 초록

우리나라에서 개최되고 있는 축제이벤트가 경제적·사회발전적 측면에서 성과를 도출시킴에도 불구하고, 다수의 축제이벤트가 정부 주도로 수행되고, 준비의 부족과 지도 능력부재로 인한 프로그램의 유사성과 다른 지역 컨셉 차별화 실패로 인한 질적 저하로 축제의 본래 의의를 살리지 못하고 있다. 축제이벤트가 지역 주민의 생활환경이나 지역 문화의 정체성과 결합되지 못한 채 자치단체장의 선전 수단으로 전락하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 축제이벤트 문제 해결을 위한 축제이벤트 리더십 실증연구이다. 선행 연구에 의하면 최근의 축제이벤트는 시대적 요청에 따른 미시적 상호작용의 결과와 결정체인 기획과 실행이라는 지향성 개념이 축제 표현 형식을 타고 각 영역에 맞게 분화 및 발전을 목표로 새로운 리더십 패러다임 변화를 요구하고 있다. 복잡성과 다양성의 대표적인 분야인 축제 이벤트의 리더십에 관한 선행연구 자료들의 미흡한 상황 속에서 길잡이가 되어줄 문헌과 축제이벤트 관계자들과 면대면 설문 조사를 통해 참고자료 수집과 보편성을 확보하여 연구결과의 신뢰도를 강화하였으며, 축제이벤트 체계 내에 다양한 리더십 유형 중 서번트(섬기는) 리더십과 변형적 리더십을 중심으로 구성원의 개인특성과 직무특성을 통해 개인적인 관계보다 조직 이익을 위해 분투하도록 유도하여 성과 증대와 시대에 적합한 리더십이 수립되어야 대규모 국민의 혈세가 투입되는 축제이벤트가 낭비를 최소화하고 성과있는 활동이 되도록 유도하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구 방법은 리더십 유형이 축제이벤트 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였으며 축제이벤트 총감독 및 분야별 감독들의 심리적, 정서적 개인특성과 직무가치성, 직무전문성으로 구성한 특성 중 개인특성 요인인 성실성, 안정성, 외향성, 친화성, 개방성 등 5가지의 개인 성향을 매개변수로 설정하여 자료 수집과 분석하고, 축제이벤트 성과 중 경제적 성과와 사회 발전적 성과에 이르는 관계성을 연구한 것이다.

영문 초록

Despite the fact that festival events held in Korea produce results in terms of economic and social development, a number of festival events are led by the government, and the original significance of the festival is not being preserved due to the similarity of programs due to lack of preparation and leadership ability and the deterioration of quality due to failure to differentiate local concepts. This is because festival events are not combined with the living environment of local residents or the identity of local culture and are becoming a means of propaganda for local government heads. This study is an empirical study of festival event leadership to solve the problem of festival events. According to previous studies, recent festival events require a new leadership paradigm change with the aim of differentiating and developing according to each area through the form of festival expression, with the result of micro-interaction according to the request of the times and the concept of orientation of planning and execution, which is the crystal. The purpose of this study is to minimize waste and to induce the festival event to become a fruitful activity only when a large amount of taxpayers' money is established in the lack of literature and previous research data on the leadership of festival events, which are representative fields of complexity and diversity. The research method empirically analyzed the impact of leadership types on festival event performance, and among the characteristics composed of the overall supervision of the festival event and the psychological and emotional personal characteristics, job value, and job expertise of the directors in each field, five personal characteristics, such as sincerity, stability, extroversion, affinity, and openness, were set as parameters to collect and analyze data, and studied the relationship between economic and social development performance among festival event performances.
