국문 초록

본 연구는 한국 창업 생태계의 구성 요소와 그 중요도 및 성취도를 IPA 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 요소의 중요성과 성취도 간의 차이를 확인하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 창업자들이 인식하는 각 요소의 중요도와 성취도를 확인할 수 있었으며, 엔젤 투자, 벤처투자 및 창업 지원 정책의 홍보에 있어 성취도를 높일 필요가 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 실패 시 사회 안전망의 보강이 필요함을 강조하였다. 추가로 기존 연구를 바탕으로 인식 개선 여부를 확인할 수 있었다. 이 연구는 창업 생태계를 보다 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 정책 개선 방향을 제시하며, 이를 통해 창업 기업의 생존율을 높이고 지속 가능한 성장을 도모하는 데 기여하고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore activation strategies for the Korean entrepreneurial ecosystem by reflecting the perceptions of both opportunity-driven and necessity-driven entrepreneurs. Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and trend analysis, we evaluate key components of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and analyze the perception differences between the two types of entrepreneurs. The results indicate significant differences in how opportunity-driven and necessity-driven entrepreneurs perceive the importance and performance of startup support policies, providing valuable policy implications. Specifically, opportunity-driven entrepreneurs highly evaluated the performance of funding and government support programs, whereas necessity-driven entrepreneurs emphasized the importance of social safety nets and tax policies. Based on these perception differences, this study proposes improvement strategies for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, aiming to enhance the survival rate of startups and promote sustainable growth. The findings offer critical policy insights to better support the diverse needs of entrepreneurs.
