반구조화 집단모래놀이치료 프로그램이 초등학생의 학교 적응에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 반구조화 집단모래놀이상담이 초등학교 고학년의 학교적응에 미치는 효과를 탐색하였다. 연구 대상은 경기 지역 초등학생 5~6학년 12명으로, 실험 집단에 6명, 통제 집단에 5명을 배정하였다. 실험 집단은 주 1회(60분, 6주간) 모래놀이집단상담에 참여하였고, 중재프로그램 사전-사후에 학교적응 척도를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 학교적응 향상 반구조화 집단모래놀이상담 과정에서 집단원들은 집단원과 함께 소통과 참여의 즐거움, 다름에 대한 인정, 수용되는 경험, 공격적이고 위험한 학교환경을 주제로 표현하였다. 중재프로그램 과정에서 또래와의 의미있는 상호작용과 함께하는 경험을 표현하였으나, 중재프로그램 사전-사후 효과는 유의미하지 않았다. 중재프로그램 과정에서 의미있는 경험을 표현하였으나, 학교적응에 대한 향상으로 이어지지 못한 점에 대하여, 결론과 논의에서 기술하였다.

영문 초록

This study explored the effects of semi-structured group Sandplay therapy program on elementary school students' school adaptation using a mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The subjects of this study were 12 students in the 5th to 6th grades in Gyeonggi-do, 5 in the experimental group and 5 in the control group who participated in group sand play therapy. The experimental group participated in group sand play therapy once a week, 60 minutes per session. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in school adaptation between the experimental group and the control group. As a result of conducting the pre-post verification of the experimental group, academic performance and school adaptation improved slightly, but there was no statistically significant improvement. As a result of conducting a qualitative analysis, a story of obstacles that make it difficult to adapt to school and a topic of joy with communication among them appeared. In the conclusions and discussions, the significance and limitations of this study and the implications of subsequent studies were described.
