글 없는 그림책 연구 동향 분석 : 키워드 네트워크 분석 및 토픽모델링을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 글 없는 그림책 연구의 연구 동향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 181편의 논문 초록을 수집한 후, 데이터 전처리와 분석 과정을 거쳤다. 데이터 분석 과정에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석과 토픽모델링 분석을 시행하였다. 키워드 분석 결과, 가장 많은 빈도수를 보인 단어는 ‘유아’였다. 그 뒤를 이어 ‘이야기만들기’, ‘글없는그림책활동’이 높은 빈도수로 나타났다. 네트워크 분석 결과, ‘글없는그림책활동→유아’, ‘글없는그림책활용→유아’의 연결 강도가 높게 나타났다. 이는 글 없는 그림책 관련 연구에서 글 없는 그림책 활동이나 글 없는 그림책 활용이 주로 유아를 대상으로 하고 있다는 점을 시사한다. 토픽모델링 결과, 4개의 토픽(다문화적 접근과 시각적 문해, 놀이성과 예술성 개발, 언어와 미술의 융합, 통합과 반복의 방법론)이 도출되었다. 본 연구는 글 없는 그림책 분야의 주요 연구 주제를 밝히고, 향후 연구의 방향을 제시했다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study explores research trends in wordless picture books using text mining techniques. For this purpose, abstracts of 181 articles were collected, and then data preprocessing and analysis were performed. In the data analysis process, keyword network analysis and topic modeling analysis were performed. The keyword analysis showed that the most frequent word was ''young children'', followed by ''storytelling'' and ''wordless picture book activities''. The network analysis showed that the strength of the connections between ''wordless picture book activities → young children'' and ''using wordless picture books → young children'' was high. This suggests that in studies of wordless picture books, the use of picture book activities or wordless picture books is mainly targeted at young children. Topic modeling resulted in four themes: multicultural approach and visual literacy, playfulness and artistic development, integration of language and art, and methodology of integration and repetition. This study is significant in that it identifies major research themes in the field of wordless picture books and suggests future research directions.
