This paper delves into the leakage issues of chemical machinery seals, analyzing their negative impacts on production, safety, environment, and economic efficiency. It proposes a series of effective maintenance strategies. By thoroughly examining common problems such as surface damage, degradation of lubrication performance, improper installation and maintenance, failure of elastic compensation devices, and long-term wear, the paper provides practical guidance for chemical enterprises and maintenance personnel. The implementation of these strategies aims to enhance the reliability of mechanical seals and extend their service life, thereby reducing the various risks associated with leakage.

本文深入探讨了化工机械密封泄漏的问题，分析了其对生产、安全、环境和经济效益的负面影响，并提出了一系列有效的维修对策。通过详细研究平面度损坏、润滑性能退化、安装与维护不当、弹性补偿装置失效及长期磨损等常见问题，本文为化工企业及维修人员提供了实用的指导。实施这些对策，旨在提高机械密封的可靠性和延长使用寿命，从而减少泄漏带来的各种风险。
