국문 초록

본 연구는 베이비부머 세대의 자아존중감과 사회활동 참여가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다 본 연구의 대상은 한국리서치에서 . ㈜ 등급제도 등을 통해 엄선된 전국의 1955년부터 1963년생 남녀 200명이다. 연구의 가설검증을 위해 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하였고 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구 사회학적 특성에 의한 행복감의 평균 차이에서 성별, 종교, 배우자 동거 여부, 월평균 소득은 차이가 없는 반면, 교육 수준 및 건강 상태가 좋을수록 행복감이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자아존중감이 행복감에 미치는 영향의 분석 결과 자아존중감이 높을수록 행복감이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사회활동 참여 가운데 참여 빈도와 참여 만족도가 높을수록 행복감이 높게 나타났다. 그러나 참여 태도는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 본연구의 의의 및 한계점을 논의하고 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the baby boomer generation’s self-esteem and participation in social activities on their happiness. The subjects of this study were 200 men and women born between 1955 and 1963 across the country who were carefully selected by Korea research through a grading system. SPSS 24.0 program was used to verify the research hypothesis, and the results of the study are as follows. First,in the average difference in happiness by sociodemographic characteristics, there were no differences in gender, religion, spouse cohabitation, and average monthly income. However, it was observed that the level of happiness was higheras the level of education and health status increased. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of self-esteem on happiness, the higher the self-esteem, the higher the happiness. Third, the higher the frequency of participation and satisfaction with participation in social activities, the higher the happiness. However, participation attitude was found to have no effect. Lastly, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed and suggestions for furthrer studies were made.
