국문 초록

최근 대학에서는 21세기가 요구하는 인재상 및 역량을 반영하여, 창의력 및 융합역량을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위해 교육 시스템의 급속한 재편이 이루어지고 있으며 대학 교육도 이러한 시대적 변화를 반영하는 혁신을 요구받고 있다. 고등교육기관으로서의 대학이 21세기형 인재를 양성하기 위해서 미시적으로는 새로운 교수법의 적용, 거시적으로는 대학 교육과정 개편 등의 대학교육 패러다임의 변화가 절실하게 필요한 시점이라 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 대학에서 운영되고 있는 창업 강좌에 다양한 혁신적 교수법을 적용하여 학습자가 체감하는 만족도가 기업가적 역량 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 혁신적 교수법 만족도는 기업가적 역량과 창업의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기업가적 역량 또한 창업의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통해 최근 대학의 교육 현장에서 적극적으로 추진되고 있는 PBL, 플립 러닝 등의 혁신적 교수법이 기업가적 역량과 창업의도 제고 등 궁극적인 창업교육의 효과를 제고할 수 있다는 것을 검증할 수 있었다. 다만 학습자의 개별적인 역량과 수준, 창업교육의 특성 등을 세부적으로 고려하여 적절하고 효율적인 혁신적 교수법의 선택과 적용, 평가 및 피드백 등에 대한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

In order for universities as higher education institutions to cultivate 21st century talent, it is a time when there is an urgent need for changes in the university education paradigm, such as applying new teaching methods at the micro level and reforming the university curriculum at the macro level. In this study, we applied various innovative teaching methods to entrepreneurship courses operated at universities and empirically analyzed the impact of the satisfaction perceived by learners on their entrepreneurial capabilities and intention to start a business. As a result of the study, satisfaction with innovative teaching methods was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial competency and intention to start a business, and entrepreneurial competency also had a significant positive (+) effect on intention to start a business. Through this study, we were able to verify that innovative teaching methods such as PBL and flipped learning, which have been actively promoted in recent university education settings, can enhance the ultimate effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, including enhancing entrepreneurial capabilities and intention to start a business. However, follow-up research is needed on the selection and application of appropriate and efficient innovative teaching methods, evaluation and feedback, etc., taking into account the individual capabilities and levels of learners and the characteristics of entrepreneurship education in detail.
