산업시설 가설건축물 사례분석을 통한 건축 허가 제도 개선에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 국내 산업시설 가설건축물 사례 분석을 통하여 사용승인 이후 연결형 가설건축물을 축조하여 사용 하는 행태를 예방하고자 건축 허가 단계에서의 검토 사항을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 연결형 가설건축물을 축조하여 사용하는 건축물의 설계적인 특징을 분석하고, 실제 화재사례를 통해 가설건축물로 인한 문제점을 도출하였다. 그 결과 건축물 사면에 화재 진압 공간을 위한 5 m 이상 이격 거리 확보, 재실자의 피난을 위한 건축물 개구부에 연결하 여 가설건축물 축조 금지, 기존 건축물의 주요부재가 불연재료의 경우 불연재료 이외의 재료를 사용한 가설건축물 사용 금지를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, a permit approval-stage review is proposed for the building permit system based on a case analysis of temporary buildings in domestic industrial facilities, with the aim of preventing the construction and use of connected temporary buildings following permit approval. To this end, design characteristics of connected temporary buildings are analyzed, and problems caused by the construction of such architectures are compiled based on actual incidents involving the breakout of fire. Based on our observations, we propose a minimum separation distance of 5 m as fire suppression space on all four sides of approved buildings, a secure connection to the entrance of the building to enable the evacuation of occupants, complete prohibition of the construction of new temporary buildings within the approved premises, and prohibition of the use of temporary buildings constructed with combustible materials in existing buildings constructed using major non-combustible materials.
