국문 초록

본 논문은 코로나 팬데믹 이후 메타버스가 문학교육 분야에서 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지 탐구한다. 특히, 중학교 문학교육에 적용한『 토끼전』을 예시로 들어, 메 타버스를 활용한 북트레일러 창작을 제안한다. 이를 통해 학생들은 가상과 현실이 융합된 메타버스 공간에서 몰입과 상호작용을 통해 고전문학을 새로운 방식으로 경험하게 된다. 본 연구는 메타버스가 문학교육에 미칠 수 있는 잠재력과 한계를 분석하며, 디지털 시대에 맞는 새로운 문학교육 방식을 제시한다. 이러한 접근은 학생들의 창의성과 상상력을 자극하며, 초문식성(transliteracy) 교육에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This paper explores the role that the metaverse can play in the field of literature education following the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, it proposes the creation of book trailers using the metaverse, using『 The Tale of the Rabbit』 as an example applied in middle school literature education. Through this approach, students experience classical literature in a new way, immersing themselves in a metaverse space where reality and virtuality converge. This study analyzes the potential and limitations of the metaverse in literature education and proposes a new approach to literature education suitable for the digital age. Such an approach is expected to stimulate students’ creativity and imagination, and contribute to transliteracy education.
